1. No Return on Used or Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Adult toys
Lingerie & intimate wear
Personal care & wellness products
Any item that has been opened, used, or unsealed
This policy is strictly enforced to protect all customers.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We only accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:
You received a damaged product
You received a defective item
You received the wrong product
Conditions:
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos or video proof of the issue
Product must be unused and in original packaging
Once verified, we will offer:
Replacement (if available), or
Refund (if replacement is not possible)
3. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you refuse delivery, shipping charges may be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
4. Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are transferred via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash
Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the mistake is from our side)
5. Discreet & Safe Handling
All returns (if approved) must be securely packed. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet hygiene standards.
